Yes. It is possible to ride to upper mustang in bike. People ride to upper mustang on pulsar, xr, NS200, Apache, Royal enfield and any bikes above 100cc. But it is recommended to use dirt bike like crossfire to ride to Upper mustang. If you are talking about riding to lower Mustang on bike – any of the 2 wheelers can get there. Even the scoters make easily to mustang. Getting to Marpha village might be tough because of road condition – but after Marpha till Muktinath road is fine and nice to ride with bike or scoter. Regarding the upper mustang motorcycle ride. Road above Chaile is tricky with dry mud. Also – it is not recommended to ride motorcycle to upper mustang in the winter as snow will seriously bloc your way to get to Lomanthang.

How long is Upper Mustang trek?

Upper mustang trekking takes around 2 weeks just for the trek. Wit preparation for the trek and including jeep ride duration – total number of days for upper mustang trekking is 18 days. 18 days of upper mustang trek also includes your arrival and departure in Nepal. How do you get into the Mustang?
