Taking a short from Kathmandu will take you to Lukla and then you will start your Everest panorama Hike towards the crest of the hill to Sherpa Villages. During your hike, you will be amazed to witness Buddhist Monasteries, Chorten and various species of flora and fauna of Sagarmatha national park. Hiking through the trail you come across the deep valley, witness snow – capped mountains till Tengboche village which is well known for its monastery located at an altitude of 3890 meters.

Further, the next day you will hike towards Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is also consider as the tourist hub of Everest region which provides many facilities which includes ATMs, Wi-Fi, cafes, restaurants, gear shops and so on.

After spending an extra day for acclimatization in Namche, you will be hiking up to Tengboche which is the best area in Everest region to have a close view of Everest Himalayan range. Tengboche is known for religious place among the Sherpa community in Khumbu are. In Tengboche, you will be exploring one of the biggest Buddhist Monasteries of the trail – Tengboche Monastery.
Everest Panorama hike will not finish here as the hiker will be visiting another most famous and biggest Sherpa village of the area; Khumjung. Khumjung is popular for Sir Edmund Hillary in 1961, when he established a school for Sherpa community “Hillary School”.
Along with Khumjung village, you will be exploring Khunde village too. For another couple of days, hikers will continue hiking descend to Namche, Phakding and Luka to complete the hike.

Everest Panorama Hike Detailed Route
Everest Panorama Hike commence from the capital city of Nepal; Kathmandu. From Kathmandu, the flight will take off to Lukla Airport. During the short flight to Lukla, you be able to witness the scenic beauties.
The short hiking journey starts from attractive Lukla village. Lukla is a small village that is the starting point of almost all treks inside the Everest region of Nepal. You can get the view of snow – capped mountains from the 1st day of your hike.
Further, Everest panorama trail goes through Himalayan foothills and numerous small rivers, streams, glaciers, and thick forests. The hiking area is an incarnation of natural beauty, attracting large number of photographers, hikers and mountaineers throughout the year.
After Lukla, resume your hike following the banks of the Dudh Koshi River to the beautiful Phakding village. From here, enter the Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site home to large number of fauna such as the snow leopard, the Himalayan Thar, musk deer, bears, red panda and Himalayan mouse hare.
During Everest Panorama Hike, you get enough time to relax and enjoy the marvellous views of the lofty mountain peaks.
Passing through diverse landscapes, crossing several suspension bridges, you will reach to the tourist hub of Everest region; Namche Bazaar.
Next, the acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel to enjoy eye – appealing Everest range views. The trail further turns through the rocky trail to Tengboche. In Tengboche, you will be exploring the ancient monasteries.
Next attraction on the route is Khumjung and Khunde Village. After exploring the Khumjung and Khunde Village you will hike back to Namche Bazaar.
Now from Namche, the hikers have to head back to Lukla and end their hiking journey by taking a flight back to Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu from Lukla. The last moment of Everest Panorama Hike i.e. a short flight will provide you the eye – appealing views of tall mountain peaks such as Mt. Everest, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, and Mt. Thamserku.
