Day 2 :

Kathmandu valley sightseeing Tour

With local guide in A/C car, we will walk around the major tourist attraction of Kathmandu. There are many temples, stupa, and village and hiking destinations; we will try to give you the best of all. Government authorized Guide will take you to the monkey temple, cremation place, boudhanath and the living goddess palace. Tonight we will necessary arrangement for your Halambu trekking.

Day 3 :

Drive Kathmandu to Sundarijal and trekking to Chisapani (2280m).

• Activity – Travelling in bus/ jeep and hiking

This drive will take approx. 1 hour and the hike to Helambu begins. While walking on different terrain of land, looking at natural formation of pristine landscape will certainly make your day worthy. From today till the last day of the trekking you will explore village, stay at the local owned tea houses. There will be menu at every eating places from which you will be choosing your lunch dinner and breakfast, which is included if you buy our normal package.

You will be following trekking guide, who helps you from choosing food to sleeping warm. You are free to decide on your own but listening to your guide is always wise. Your porter will be carrying your luggage where you need to carry a small bag-pack with drinking water, camera, sun screen and your daily usable stuff.

Day 4 :

Chisapani to Kutumsang(2450m)

A moderate hike with a beautiful view of the Langtang range is the attraction of today’s hike. You will feel the ease of Helambu trekking today. Overnight at the local guest house

Day 5 :

Trek from Thadepati to TarkeGhyang (2560m); 6 hours approx

• Altitude – 2560 meters

Hike of the day passes through numerous villages like Melamchi village (mixed settlement). Inspiring simplicity of life in the village we pass during Halambu trekking will add extra value in your trek in Nepal.

We will pass some monasteries during the trekking where spiritual life of village and its cultural combination is overwhelming. Overnight at Tarke Ghyang Village, this village is rich in Sherpa culture and tradition.

Day 6 :

From Tarke Ghyang to Sermathang (2,610m); 5 hours

Sermanthang Village situated at right landscape offers pristine scenery of your Helambu trekking. We will be able to witness more people their simplicity and culture of the Himalayan villages. Today, it is a perfect day of Helambu trekking for anthropology students.

Day 7 :

Today we trek from Sermathang to Melamchipul bazar and drive back to Kathmandu.

Last day of Halambu trekking ends at Melamchi. Hike is gentle descent and walk through the village. Make your last night best night in the after Halambu trekking. Overnight in the hotel at Thamel, Drive to Kathmandu from Melamchi Pul Bazzar takes about an hour.

Day 8 :

Rest and guided shopping or it’s your rest day at Kathmandu, Thamel.
