Day 1 :

Day 3 :

Drive Kathmandu - Beni(850m) by Tourist bus.

• Altitude - 850 meters • Special – scenic view of surrounding • Time – 8/9 hours • Activity – Travelling in bus You can either choose flight or drive to Pokhara. This itinerary includes drive to Beni from Kathmandu via Pokhara, which takes around 8-9 hours. The Drive passes through the mountains along the banks of Trisuli and Marsyandi River to Pokhara. Drive further from Pokhara deeper into the mountains with the eye - appealing views of Annapurna Himalayas. Driving further along the banks of Mardi River will take you to Beni.

Day 4 :

Start Trek from Beni to Babiya chaour((950m).

• Altitude - 950 meters • Special – Local villages • Time – 6/7 hours • Activity – Trekking by the side of Myagdi river and crossing suspension bridges You will have your breakfast at Beni and you will be hiking alongside Myagdi Khola. On this day, you will be passing through village. After walking for some time, you will reach near a village of Simalchaur. Here you will be crossing two bridges. As you hike along the trail, you will be able to witness beautiful terrace landscape, lively village people passing by. Our final stop for today is Babiya chaour.

Day 5 :

Babiya Chaour - Dharapani(1400m).

• Altitude -1400 meters • Special – Exploration of villages • Time – 7 hours • Activity – Trekking On this day, the trail crosses the terraced hills, Shahashadhara village Dudh Khola Rarotonga village then reaches Dharapani and spend a night there.

Day 6 :

Dharapani - Muri(1850m)

• Altitude - 1850 meters • Special – View of Mount Dhaulagiri and surrounding • Time – 6/7 hours • Activity – Walking uphill After having breakfast in Camp, we start our trek through villages, crossing suspension bridge across the river leads you uphill. From the trail you will be able to witness Manapathi peak and the Dhaulagiri range. You will be walking around 6/7 hours via Takum village to reach to Muri from Dharapani.

Day 7 :

Muri - Boghara(2085m)

• Altitude - 2085 meters • Special – Magnificent view of surrounding • Time – 7/8 hours • Activity – Walking downhill and uphill From Muri the trail is easy and goes down for few hours but before to reach Boghara you have to climb a steep path for a couple of hours. The trail descends down before reaching Phedi and then the trail ascends up until Boghara.

Day 8 :

Boghara - Doban(2520m)

• Altitude - 2520 meters • Special – Dhoban • Time – 6 hours • Activity – Trekking On this day the trail is quite difficult in comaprison to before days. You might need the help of rope. The trail descends down to a small ridge then crosses forest to Jyardan. Finally, cross the rocky part to arrive at Dhoban.

Day 9 :

Doban - Italian Base Camp(3660m)

• Altitude - 3660 meters • Special – View of mountains • Time – 6/7 hours • Activity – Walking through forest Walking around 6/7 hours from Doban will take you to Italian Base Camp. When you reach to Italian Base Camp, you will first encounter the glacier. The beautiful view of Dhaulagiri range, Manapathi Peak, and Dhaulagiri-II is truly a joy to watch.

Day 10 :

Acclimatization, rest and day exploring day at Italian Base Camp.

• Altitude - 3700 meters • Special – View of mountains • Time – Half day hike and half day rest • Activity – Acclimatizing, exploring and rest This trek falls under one of the difficult trek to do in Nepal so rest is mostly important to complete the trek without facing much physical and mental problems. Today you will be exploring around the base camp so that you can adjust to the temperature at high altitude. You will be enjoying the eye - appealing views of Dhaulagiri range and Manapathi peak and return to the camping site and overnight at there.

Day 11 :

Italian Base Camp - Glacier camp (4210m)

• Altitude - 4210 meters • Special – scenic view of glacier surrounding • Time – 5 hours • Activity – crossing glacier with the use of rope After having breakfast in camp, you will hike for 5 hours. You will cross one glacier before climbing onto another glacier. Some rope work will be necessary for this challenging day. You will camp for the night on the glacier.

Day 12 :

Glacier camp - Dhaulagiri Base Camp (4740m)

• Altitude - 4740 meters • Special – view of Mt. Dhaulagiri and surrounding mountains • Time – 4 hours • Activity – Trekking uphill Today we reach the Dhaulagiri Base Camp. Soon the rough rubble gives way to the smooth ice of the white part of the glacier. We climb steadily to the rough and chilling but spectacular Dhaulagiri Base Camp. On the way, enjoy the magnificent north face of Dhaulagiri I.

Day 13 :

Dhaulagiri Base Camp - Hidden Valley (5400m) crossing French Pass.

• Altitude - 5400 meters • Special – French Pass • Time – 8 hours • Activity – Crossing French Pass You will begin your trek after having breakfast in camp. Getting off the glacier above the base camp often requires rope climbing. After the breathless climb to the top of French Col(5360m), the views of the Hidden Valley can be seen. The temperature reaches -20 degrees at night. The amazing view from here will take you to another world. Today you will hike for 8 hours.

Day 14 :

Rest day at Hidden Valley

• Altitude - 5000 meters • Special – Exploring surrounding peaks • Time – Half day exploring/ half day rest • Activity – Hike and rest

Day 15 :

Hidden valley - Yak Kharka crossing the Dhampus Pass (5200m)

• Altitude - 5200 meters • Special – Dhampus pass • Time – 6 hours • Activity – Trekking uphill and downhill To reach Yak Kharka we firstly need to cross the Dhampus Pass and the trek will last for about seven hours. Trek to Dhampus is tough as we should climb steep uphill. Not only uphill is challenging but downhill is as tough as uphill.

Day 16 :

Yak kharka - Tukuche(2680m)

• Altitude - 2680 meters • Special – Scenic view of surrounding • Time – 6/7 hours • Activity – walking downhill through forest To reach to Tukuche you need to walk around 6/7 hours through the trail covered by forest.

Day 17 :

Tuckuche - Kalopani(2565m)

• Altitude - 2565 meters • Special – Exploring village and local fruits • Time – 6/7 hours • Activity – Walking on the bank of kaligandaki river Walking through rocky trail, crossing through suspension bridges and villages will take you to Kalopani.

Day 18 :

Kalopani - Tatopani(1180m)

• Altitude - 1180 meters • Special – Waterfall and vegetation • Time – 6/7 hours • Activity – Easy walk Trekking to Tatopani from Kalopani is easy. On this day you will be passing through river as well as crosssing bridges. You will be also be able to witness waterfall.

Day 19 :

Rest, Sightseeing, shopping and its your day at Tatopani (Natural hot spring).

• Altitude - 1200 meters • Special – Natural hotspring • Time – Full day • Activity – Sightseeing, shopping, rest and relax at tatopani Spend your day at the hot spring. Hot spring at Jhinu is nice stop after days of walking in the uphill and downs. Dip your body in hot water and relax for the rest of the day, drinking at the pool is allowed.

Day 20 :

Tatopani - Ghorepani(2850m)

• Altitude - 2850 meters • Special – View of Annapurna ranges • Time – 8/9 hours • Activity – Trekking Walking to Ghorepani is quite easy. From the trail you will be able to witness the beautiful Machhapuchhre and the Annapurna ranges. Reaching to Ghandruk offer you to explore the local Gurung settlement.

Day 21 :

Ghorepani - Nayapul and drive on the same day from Nayapul to Pokhara.

• Altitude - 1400 meters • Special – Scenic view of mountains and grennery • Time – 5/6 hours hike and 2 hours drive • Activity – Hiking and Travelling in bus You will be walking towards nayapul and reaching to Nayapul you will take a drive to Pokhara.

Day 22 :

After breakfast sightseeing tour in pokhara city, late afternoon fly back to Kathmandu by 25minute flight.
