Annapurna Circuit with Tilicho Lake Trek

Today you will be travelling on a bus/jeep. On the way to Nadi Bazzar will provide you the beautiful scenery to witness. The road will be rough until you reach to Besisahar.

• Altitude - 1310 meters
• Special – Syange waterfall
• Time – 2 hours
• Activity – short hike

you will start walking towards Bahundanda village for approximately 2 hours. Bahundanda means "Brahmin hill", named from the majority of Brahmin people settlements here. Syange waterfall is one of the major attraction of this day.

Today's trek will take us through terrace fields and rhododendron forest, offering an impressive view. The trail is initially steep and strenuous, taking us plenty of time to reach the Marsyangdhi River. Along the way, we’ll cross several streams and suspension bridges, which gradually unfold a magnificent view of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal and finally reach to Bagarchhap.

We walk through a steep and narrow valley to catch the views of Paungda Danda Rock Face - a curved rock face rising 1500m from the Marshyandi River. From here, you will also see clear views of Annapurna II in the south and Pisang Peak in the northeast.

After viewing the Paungda Danda Rock Face, we descend to the Manang Valley floor, eventually reaching upper Pisang- our destination for the day.

Today you will leave the greeneries behind as you trek along uphill with more scenic and magnificent views. After crossing the river you will climb switch-back up to Gyaru, where you will get the massive Mountain views down the valley. Following the trail the trek continues with more scenic views until you reach the typical Tibetan style village Ngawal. You will have your lunch and start descend walk which will take you to Munji. From here it’s an easy hour walk through to the village Manang.

• Special – 1000 lama monastery/ gangapurna lake and manang view point
• Time – 1 hour
• Activity – short hike

Today it is recommended you take a day to acclimatize to the high altitude. And the best way to do that is not to rest, but to remain active by hiking to the nearest place and exploring the monasteries as well as gangapurna lake.

• Activity – Trekking through jungle

After having our breakfast at Hotel, our trek will be started, we climb little up after crossing the Manang village than we follow the upper route which descends after few steps up to Riverside then we cross a suspension bridge and walk through pine trees and after few hours walking on the beautiful place we arrive at Khangsar village which is inhabitant by Tibetan people, we take a lunch break and after that, we continue an hour trek to Shiri Kharka. Overnight stay at the lodge.

This day you will head towards tilicho base camp.nThe trail takes you through landslide prone areas, so extra care must be taken. Overnight at Tilicho Base Camp. From Tilicho Base Camp the views of Tilicho Peak and other mountains are amazing!

walking 3 to 4 hours through steep trail will takw you to Tilicho Lake. Once you reached to tilicho you will really enjoy the view of blue water lake along with the surrounding mountains.

Following the trail from above the village and down to the river, we’ll head to SiriKharka. During the walk, we’ll cross a suspension bridge and trek through the forest before taking a difficult walk uphill to reach the village.

Walking with the view of wide snow capped mountains will take you towards churi ledar.

Today you will see the awesome sunshine view from the way over the Legendary Himalayas. The trail goes gradually up onto thorong Phedi and continuing on the level trail on the scrub, crossing the river, and then you will reach as Phedi, Overnight at lodge.

• Time – 9/10 hours
• Activity – Trekking

Today is the long day and a tough day in our journey. Trek starts very early in the morning. The trail is much uphill, climbing up passing the first tea shop, continuing on rough ground, or on the snow-covered ground all the way to top (5416m). At the top, there is a Buddhist flag and tea shop where you will get hot drinks. Walking 20m further up you will see the frozen ice lake at bottom of the Through peak. From here the trail descends steeply down 4hrs with a magnificent view of Mt. Dhaulagiri and other mountains with Kaligandaki valley to Muktinath. You can explore Muktinath this afternoon or simply relax and do that tomorrow. Overnight in Muktinath.

This is the last walking day. The trek to Jomsom is much easier than the previous one, as most of the trails are downhill.

Travelling in a bus/ jeep from Jomsom will take you to Pokhara. During the drive you can enjoy the view of scenic beauty. If you want to reach to Pokhara fast you can choose flight too. The flight from Jomsom to Pokhara will only take about 15 to 20 minutes.
