18 Days

Pokalde Peak Climbing is one of the easy & less challenging but more fun – trekking plus peak climbing trails of Everest region Nepal.  Pokalde peak climbing is a popular & easy trekking peak with Everest base camp trekking in Nepal.

Pokalde Peak Climbing
Pokalde Peak Climbing is another popular trekking peak in the Everest region of Nepal.

Pokalde Peak Climbing is very popular among the climbers and mountaineers who love to have challenges all the while relishing in the mesmerizing views of the Himalayas close to Mt Everest in the region. Peak climbing with Everest base camp trek, pokalde can be a unique experience in your EBC trek.

Your trek begins from a short, scenic flight to Lukla. Lots of air turbulence can be felt in that small plane even during 25 minutes of flight. We will then trek towards Namche Bazaar passing through small villages (like; Chaurikharka, Ghat, Thadokoshi, Phakding, Monjo, Jor sale), rhododendron forests, and rivers.

Namche is an iconic village for all Everest region trekkers, expeditors or climbing crews

Namche Bazaar is a trade center of the Khumbu Region and also the gateway to the depth of Himalayas. You will get to see the lifestyle, culture, and tradition of the inhabiting Sherpa communities.

Namche is a bit more modernized than usual. But still the typically traditional practices are alive in nearby villages like; Thame, Khumjung, Khunde. We will also get an opportunity to visit multiple museums (sherpa museum, Namche gallery, Sagarmatha national park museum – at namche bazaar) to know more about the history and cultural history. Stories of sherpa, mountaineers and relation in between mountain & sherpa is inspiring.

Close view of mountains by your bedroom and a short walk towards Sagarmatha national park museum premises to witness the beauty of tallest mountain (Mt. Everest) is a major attraction of Namche Bazaar. Sagarmatha national park museum is located in a perfect location to showcase most of the peaks seen during Everest base camp trekking.

Helicopter tours to Namche or just Namche trek is thus famous and trending among those who want to be in comfort & still love the Mountains.
