Yes. It is possible to ride to upper mustang in bike. People ride to upper mustang on pulsar, xr, NS200, Apache, Royal enfield and any bikes above 100cc. But it is recommended to use dirt bike like crossfire to ride to Upper mustang.
If you are talking about riding to lower Mustang on bike – any of the 2 wheelers can get there. Even the scoters make easily to mustang. Getting to Marpha village might be tough because of road condition – but after Marpha till Muktinath road is fine and nice to ride with bike or scoter.
Regarding the upper mustang motorcycle ride. Road above Chaile is tricky with dry mud.
Also – it is not recommended to ride motorcycle to upper mustang in the winter as snow will seriously bloc your way to get to Lomanthang.
Upper mustang trekking takes around 2 weeks just for the trek. Wit preparation for the trek and including jeep ride duration – total number of days for upper mustang trekking is 18 days. 18 days of upper mustang trek also includes your arrival and departure in Nepal.
However, the length of the trek will rely on use of transportation, number of rest days on the trek, route of trekking etc.. There are multiple route for upper mustang trek; trekking upper mustang from Yara Ghara route will make the longest trekking to upper mustang region.
To get into mustang for non-Nepali people, you have to have a special trekking permit. For buying special permit for Upper mustang trekking you have to use any of the trekking agency from Nepal.
Also you must have to trek with a Nepal government authorized trekking guide. Trekking alone to upper mustang is not allowed.
Using aero plane from Pokhara to Jomsom and then driving by four wheeler jeep is common method of travelling in Upper mustang region.
Trekkers to upper mustang either use bus to Jomsom or fly on aero plane. On arrival at Jomsom – people take jeep to get to Kagbeni. Kagbeni is the entrance point of upper mustang region. From Kagbeni – the restricted region of upper mustang starts. From Kagbeni people starts trekking towards Lo-Manthang, in general.
