How is the road condition for motorbike tour to Upper Mustang?
After crossing Kagbeni village (kagbeni is the border in between Upper and lower Mustang region); the road is more adventurous. Off road ride, thick pile of dry mud and stones in some places makes upper mustang motorbike tour as an adventure holiday in Nepal. Looking at the present road condition, dirt bikes are prefered for this trip.
Road is mostly wide and there are plenty of villages in between the destinations. Tea houses and small restaurants along the riding route to upper mustang are on the bright side of riding towards Lo mantang. Lo is the last village of the Upper Mustang motorbike tour. However – you can ride all the way till the border gate in between Nepal and China.
