You will be staying at the hotel which includes B&B plan in Kathmandu and Pokhara. And when you left Pokhara and start your trek, you will get an accommodation in the tea house with basic facilities and services, your guide will be your waiter because of circumstances.

But in monsoon and winter season; you can find the accommodation cheaper comparatively and the environment/ (trekking trail) will also be peaceful in monsoon & winter season, because in this time, there are less people in the trek.
Despite of these two places (Kathmandu and Pokhara) with better facilities, you have to adjust yourself in other places, like in the tea house with shared room accommodations or local lodge with very basic facility. In high altitude destination, where there is difficulty to build the best hotels, you can only find teahouses or local lodge.
During your stay at teahouses, you will only offer with basic services. But the food can be ordered as per your choice from the menu, food in the menu will be similar in most of the tea houses, however. You will surely get an experience of Nepal’s teahouse during your trek. Nothing much, but you will carry lifetime memories at last.

Mardi Himal trekking falls under moderate trekking in Nepal within Annapurna Conservation Area. - Trekking Permit & TIMS
The permit is needed to enter inside Annapurna Conservation Area. The permit cost is approximately USD 30 (NPR 3000) per person per entry for foreign citizen and NPR 200 per person per entry for SAARC nationals. Mardi himal trekking route is inside the Annapurna Conservation Area. TIMS is another permit that trekkers need to buy for trekking in Mardi Himal trekking. TIMS costs USD 10 per person.
- Number of Days
Your trekking days also affect the Mardi himal trekking cost; number of days you choose for your trek. If you choose less days the price will be ultimately low in comparison to choosing of longer trekking days.
