Expedition below 8000 Meters

Among thousands of mountains in the Nepalese himalaya, there are many peaks above 7000 meters and are still not that technical.

Variation, Famous & Selected Expedition below 8000 Meters – Kongma Tse peak climbing/ Annapurna South expedition/ Baruntse Peak Climbing/ Himlung Peak Climbing/

Expedition refers to climbing snow peak mountains with a complete climbing gear. Use of supplemental oxygen might not be mandatory in the expeditions below 8k. However the climbing crew will have to take supplementary oxygen for climbings which rises above 7000 meters, already.

In general, expedition below 8000 are done; so as to acclimatize for bigger expeditions. Bigger expeditions like Mt Everest expedition are once in a lifetime goal of many people.
