There is possibility of charging phone. Yes, not everyday but every place has electricity, if you find a free point then charging is not a problem. Your guide can help you.

I would suggest you to carry a portable solar panel to recharge your phone while walking in a sunny day.

And hotels are open all year. They are open after covid.
